For the buildings that do have it, it's one per building and it's a small room that has been renovated to become a neutral gender washroom that is also wheelchair accessible. You can think of it has one of those family washrooms in malls and other buildings. Or restaurants with only two washrooms but each is marked with a gender, this one just marked as neutral. Pretty much the same thing. I haven't visited them myself but I guess I'll take a look later this week.

i don't have a PHD in sociology or whatever, but my theory as to why this [I]exaggeration humor[/I] got popular is because anyone, regardless of how good they are at coming up with jokes, can just slam one out in a matter of seconds. it's the same reason why image macros got popular; they're EASY. that's why image macros are so looked down upon on here, because they're trash. facepunch just hasn't collectively grown to hate gender jokes yet, but it'll happen soon.
i've never really been one to be offended by these jokes because they're just so prevalent in 2014/2015 internet culture. go on [I]any[/I] gender/tumblr related post on reddit, youtube, imgur, here, and chances are you'll see a dozen [I]super original and super funny[/I] "wow i am so offended... i am a transpoly anthropomorphic anime-kin and this triggers me" "jokes."

I hate SJW's as much as the next guy but I thought this was really unfunny. It was far too drawn out, way overacted and it felt like it was pandering to people who hate tumblr-feminism. Considering I'm one of those people and still felt like this was just trying incredibly hard I'd say I didn't like it at all.
The very end was the only slightly funny part to me.

i've encountered far too many people that prove this wrong in person. In colleges, there's A LOT of these types of people. A scary amount in fact.
I've even encountered loads of these types of people at my job too. You think it's all an inflated joke, but from first hand experience so far....it's not.

Maybe, but then again there are a significant number of loons like briannu wu with patreons getting a significant amount of money, wu alone is making 132k a year off that shit. So it's not as if these people don't exist, there are enough of them to represent a significant amount of crowdfunding money. And theres the reddit admins. I might be able to elaborate on why this whole joke is not funny, most of the problems with this video are ... look I can't come with anything good at the moment but what I was planning to do is say the the whole PC overrated thing. Taken to an extreme is a load of rubbish is my opinion.

One of my old friends is turning SJW too, voting for the crazy feminist party in Sweden without knowing what they truly stand for, among other things. It all happened after the left his engineering program and went on to "Africa Studies" or something. But he's still a good guy regardless and I still want to remain friends. The only people who seem to cling to those ideas are white people who were told they were special all their life and never faced hardships or sociologists in gender studies who transferred over because math is hard.

Most will change quite a bit once they start working and real life slaps them in the face. The closed ecosystem of these campus, sheltered from fact and reality breeds this kinda stuff.
