Did you try it with the vehicles. That was the main point was they just dead stopped near vehicles.
Just to clear things up, it really really bugs me how people are complaining about the reflections. Reflections are actually quite expensive, and most games use the Screen space method (basically flips the scene, but results in artifacts like it can't render what it can't see) for rendering reflections, because real time actually really really really expensive especially in a deferred renderer. Most games, such as this also use the cubemap method, which is taking a pre-rendered image and applying it. which looks just fine from a distance, and is a heck of a lot cheaper.

They don't have an excuse.
