Did you read the posts? He's asking if you get drunk and have sex it's always rape. I said if you're drunk you cannot consent. You can consent before or assume implied consent if you're in a relationship or know the person. I'm not an expert on this but that's my understanding. I struggled with understanding it at first, too, but the law agrees with me.

Most of the things I'm saying are largely widely understood concepts. And I never backpedaled, and I didn't bring up the rape. I don't act like I know everything because I read some blog.

So if a guy is in a relationship with a girl and he rapes her while they are both drunk, he gets a free pass because it was implied consent? I mean really, there is no fucking universal rule to this, you can't just imply consent or if someone gave consent but still get raped because of how it was done. She said when the project started that the videos would take awhile to make because of the time spent researching them. Money doesn't let you research stuff faster dude, life isn't a video game, you don't push money in and get results out, especially if you are working solo.
Also what other Kickstarter documentary projects are you overseeing, or is this the only one where the exact allocation of funds matters to you?
