Cats are fucking mean. My 80 pound black lab mix is terrified of the 5 or so cats in my house.
Cats are only mean when they don't feel safe or are distressed with their surroundings.
For instance, my cat Trouble(who lives up to that name), grew up with his brother inside our house. So he had another cat to go to incase things got weird. He's the most chilll as fuck cat you'll ever meet, his tail will twitch when he sees someone new and will immediately start marking them.
The younger kitten, Chowder, who we got after Trouble's brother died, is the most schizo cat we've ever had. We rescue cats, so she was found out in the streets. She doesn't like the house, she hates guys as well, which sucks for her because the only woman in the house is my mom who she follows continuously.

This seems really off to me
Yes, because RSPCA is their new home now.
yes because smacking my cats on the ass to stop them from being faggots is animal abuse.
I was wondering what the fuck you guys were talking about but now I understand. Why is this comedy, these dogs are obviously fucking scared of getting attacked by cats every time they have to walk past them.
Those cats are out of line and the owners need to train them to stop attacking the dogs
You can't really train cats to not do stuff in the same way you can with a dog.
The best you can make them do is run away when the dog approaches out of fear they'll get sprayed with a water bottle for doing something, they don't really understand social context like dogs do.
