I've seen this for many things at the store I work at.The only items that would be exempt are probably the ones that were sent to us from the suppliers at a discounted price.

Yes it is, but its a hassle to prove it so many people dont go to court over it
Someone in another thread said it first but I would definitely pay MORE money for a product to not have to shop like that
