This is exactly the reason I didn't bother getting BF3, Preorder and you don't have to pay for a DLC, Preorder at gamestop and you get stuff which isn't just some visual bullshit which is unobtainable otherwise.

You know you could have preordered it from any retailer/online store/digital download site (Or even buy it now as there are still Limited Editions in stores) and you get it for free. Regular conquest is where two teams both have deployments and have to capture points on the map to drain the other's tickets. Conquest assault is where only one team has a deployment and the other team has most, if not all, of the bases under its control, but no deployment.

You played BF2 right? Wake island was a new map that came with a patch and everyone loved it. So they decided to throw Wake in the mix too.

no love for sharqi peninsula in this bitch? that was one of my favourite maps in BF2, and I love Oman for the mad fun I had mainly on the demo. I was never really a fan of Wake though, never really enjoyed it except in 2142.
oh and karkand was just a nadespamfest
They should just bring all the BF2 maps back.
