I disagree, us humans, and earth, this is just a small dot in time. It's a miracle that there is life here anyway. I highly doubt that there is any other life form currently, maybe in the future.
If the government is so Top Secret about this, wouldn't they like, do a better job on keeping an eye on their ex-workers so they don't blab to everyone about the interdimentional hellgate in Area 51?
Or maybe they just decided they don't really have to try too hard to do that because most people will think they're crazy anyway.

earth has been around for over 64 million years, and the universe has been around for 13-15 or so years. and your trying to say we are the only ones but maybe there will be aliens in the FUTURE.
