The show was made to make people sit down and actually think about things in order to broaden their perspectives. That's like the complete opposite of Buzzfeed.

I think chad's just trying to say it wasn't a big channel.
It did have a really close following though and it sucks that it's going away, because as this video noted on this is a time where something like Idea Channel has a great opportunity to be a positive force.

Yea, That was referring too.
I actually quite liked Idea Channel in the beginning, had a lot of unique videos and topics to discuss, but after a while as they had less material to work with it also seemed to get more and more politicized which eventually led to me unsubscribing. Not sure if that trend continued since I stopped watching long ago but it was a big turnoff to that show for me.

But show it's going end by late August (for series).
