Hnnnnng, eargasm.
I think its pretty good.
Very nice.
Awesome. Could use some more variation, I think, and a little bit more diversity in instruments. I just hear a basic drum and a lead synth, which could be complemented by a bass/more drums/etc. Still very good, though. Nice and upbeat, which we could use more of.
~Truth-Bearing Reply Ahead~ things: break @ 2:30 was really bad really, really generic. like. deadmau5 generic(w/o needlessly long dumb intros). see: pyrofiliac melody: same thing 100x is great but not when there is nothing else in your song besides sweeps and a few breaks/eq adj.s. be creative. first few moments were good in this regard tho. (((even deadmau5 makes sure to Mix Things Up. I mightve Not Fallen Asleep if 2:30 was actually good and Did This though.))) assuming all these "wow your amazing drop out 2 make music pls" replies are b/c it is not in the Creativity Section where Constructive Criticism is Disbursed Freely. gj tho make more apply what you learn make something Good ibiza @ 4:55 made me cringe as much as 2:30 in this..could've totally taken that to the Next Level in your song and Express Creativity using the soft lead + beat but it just went back into the loop and i was sad
Sounds great, when it eventually gets going. Intro is too long IMO.
This is absolutely sick with my volume and bass up high. I love it, great work with this! I'm surprised you haven't been recognised more for your music, going through your playlist I can see you've got some pretty nice beats.
Really smooth, I love this, can't wait to hear more! Also, caught compwhizii listening at the bottom.
I cant stop listening to this for some reason.
Am i the only one who thinks this isn't as great as people seem to think?
Am i the only one who thinks this isn't as great as people seem to think?
I agree, but coming from Facepunch this is pretty good. Some things I don't like though: cheesy melody, bass is a bit weak, sounds really basic. Other than that, it's pretty catchy.
I can easily imagine playing this song on DJ Max Portable.

I will defenitely work on that since these are key elements to a good song. - Yes it's probably generic, yes it's repetitive, yes it sounds like Deadmau5. It's kind of hard to say whether is generic or not. I don't think I'm in the position to say it's not, I think this is largely based on opinion. It's repetitive because House/Electro is repetitive in its nature. Only slight changes are made every 8 bars which explains why a lot of Electro and especially House songs are so lenghty. - Nowadays eletronic music is where it's at, especially the current generation of teens love it. And I figured that a lot of popular Electro is very simple and basic but because of that simplicity it's so catchy and people remember it easier. I'm probably trying to talk my way out of this but I just tried to make something a bit catchy. But I'll try to put more variation and background synths and pads and whatnot in my songs. - I'm not sure what you mean with "Mixing things up". If you're talking about the mastering as a whole then I know I still have a lot to learn on that part. Don't get me wrong though, I appreciated your comment. It reminded me that I still have a long way to go. :v:
Pretty catchy, liking your stuff so far. Looking forward to more.
Vet logo btw.

They're made this way because though they're great for easy listening, they're truly meant for club listening. The tracks are made longer with intros and outtros so that the DJ is able to mix songs together easier. When in a mix, tracks are usually chopped down a few minutes shorter than their original mix. As well, the main body of a track can also be shortened. An example off the top of my head would be Shadow World by Thomas Bronzwaer on A State of Trance 2006. There is actually so much more to the actual song than is on the mix, as well as a second breakdown and climax. It all depends on the DJ, but most artists make their tracks longer to help compensate for the chopped up mix. I'm not saying this song will make it to a mix, but it's part of the production process that gets it here. On a different note, I'm still impressed with this song. Most of the people who use FL Studios have convinced me that nothing professional sounding will ever come out of it, but you are definitely helping to sway my opinion.
very nicee
This is good
