Boston Marathon Explosions [Warning: Not for faint of heart]

One of the things that freak me out is the metallic groaning from the building the bomb was in at 8 seconds.
It sounds almost sounds like it's in pain.
Kinda disturbing to me...

That wasn't the building, that was music they had playing. You can hear a few notes before the explosion. Though it is scary to think about how after a bomb goes off, normality can still go on for a few seconds before spiraling into chaos.
[QUOTE=Higurashi;40302239]Here are some after pics if anyone is interested.
Also I feel really sorry for those people.

Is the man in the cowboy hat along side the man with the missing leg hold his artery in his hand?

Yes.
Does it make me an asshole to point out that like 80 people died from suicide bombings in the middle east on the same day, or that every day 5 children die from child abuse, dozens die from car accidents etc. Maybe people should be focused on the real problems. I just think it's dumb that something like this gets so much attention just because it's more dramatic.

That doesn't make this any less of a terrible event.

I see where you're coming from, but since when is terrorism not a real problem?
We should be concerned about the person, or multiple people, who have access to bombs and could be staging another attack. That's our priority.
