CDs are happening, as are (hopefully) package deals consisting of a shirt, a poster (!), a CD and a download code for the digital release. Two shirt designs incoming as well, preorders for them should open 5-6 days prior to the album releasing. I believe he said everything's about two weeks out as of last night.

Yea I don't remember exactly but usually it was around 11pm-2am range, and some times I've seen notifications at 5am I think.
