Blood Bagel isn't a serious album, LP2 is coming some time next year. It's cool to finally hear Fuck outside of the impromptu version he did of it in Rocksmith though.
So Gaster seemingly took over and everything is just fine.

Toriel said she was gonna smack Frisk. What the fuck Toriel :scream:
Are there any updates on the Doom contest?
Waiting for the results is killing me
Oh boi the Sr. Pelo interview :excited:

From what I heard, he's probably going to try to stream them this saturday. If he's not busy on the weekend that is.
so did Vinny win the lottery a couple of years ago? he seems to have infinite time on his hands to devote to long nightly streams, hanging out with friends, and his band (which isn't cheap)
[editline]16th September 2016[/editline]
while mentioning his trip to Google he said something about "if I wanted a job somewhere it would be Google... but I don't really"
[editline]16th September 2016[/editline]
maybe he made mad bank off his radio and TV editing jobs
i've got no idea what kind of money he makes off Vinesauce but he's mentioned it as being a great financier of his band

Dont forget he lives in New York City, which to my knowledge isnt cheap.
Good question actually.

He never really talks much about his family, does he? Like i know he's mentioned stories here and there like his uncle and that nightclub. Could be from a well off family, in all likelihood.
I mean, I imagine the subscribers certainly help. Don't know how many subscribers he has, but he has over 150,000 followers.
We know he worked a job a few years ago, I think it was of all things a pizza place or something like that. Then he got laid off or quit or something and from what I am aware, never went back to work.

I've got no definite idea, but I've imagined that he went from his deli job to radio and then to TV broadcast editing. Those are the 3 that he's mentioned.
Vinny is just a made up character, he is actually a filthy rich oil prince from dubai
I thought Vinny was just one of Hootey's voices. Most of the streamers are.
Playing BF2 Pirates with Binny was fun! I'm glad I stayed up for that.
Also those barrel planes are hard as nails to fly, but I managed to sink a ship that had vinny on it. :v:

I was the one who held up the first round of zombies by getting stuck on a respawn screen. I don't have much experience with BF2 but are the menus supposed to be really fucking laggy and hang like that all the time?
Mario sunshine out of fucking nowhere
Shame about the issues

Yeah, the Esc menu always took forever to come up, and menus sort of lagged. And you would never be forcefully respawned, because you have to chose a point to spawn at and a class, but the game doesn't tell you.
As you can tell, BF1942 and BF2 are pretty dated. But still fun as fuck to play.
Did anybody else from here get on the server?

There's always a lot of speculation about my private life, which I tend not to delve into as much as some would like. Seems pretty common for people to want to know the details of their favorite streamer, youtuber, musician, etc. That said, I like to keep a degree of discretion about that stuff for reasons I'm sure most people can understand.
I can clear up a few details though. For one, I never actually worked at a pizza shop, lol. I always wonder how these weird rumors start, but I guess the game of telephone on the internet, even with years of archived streams, can still happen. I've worked for 13 years at various jobs.. retain, deli, IT support, a bank in the NYC, video editing and a TV studio. I have always believed in saving my money and have done so along the way. When my TV station job pushed me to the absolute brink of insanity, I quit. 10 dollars an hour for an editing job while also doing camera work, grunt work and nearly every other position was just unacceptable. Even after asking for a raise for years I wasn't given one. I speculated that I wasn't liked because we got shady new management and I questioned their motives and fought back frequently. Being as vocal as I was didn't win me any brownie points and they just loaded me up with things to do with no raise or perks as an attempt to wear me down. I found out years later that nearly half of my co-workers quit around the same time. It was just too much.
I don't actually come from a rich family either. I hesitate to go into details, but we were always middle class, sometimes with more, sometimes with less. In recent years, less. I kinda came from nothing, so to speak, and had to earn all my own money. There were times when cash was tight, but I worked my ass off to make due. No hand-me-downs ever happened for me. This is likely why I know the importance of saving and not overspending/living beyond my means.
So how do I do afford to do my late night streams, hang out with friends and make my music? I earn money in a lot of ways. I've done plenty of freelance editing locally which I didn't talk about much. As I mentioned earlier, I also saved a ton over the years. These days the ads on my fullsauce and main channel videos are a source of income. Same for Twitch subs and ads. Teeshirts are a slow trickle of a little cash.. same for people that donate, which is pretty rare these days. The music sells too, which covers the cost of the studio mostly. Spotify also pays a bit, which was an unexpected surprise.
So yeah, I do work hard in my own way and as I've said in the past, I'm nowhere near pewdiepie rich, but I live a modest and comfortable existence well within my means. I stay busy and on top of shit and as a result all the little sources of income add up and I'm able to pay the bills and do the things. It's nice. I'm extremely grateful that I can do this and work towards goals and reach them. I've never needed or wanted rich person money to be happy, just enough so that I can work on my streams and music without having to be stepped on by a shitlord boss. I've accomplished this and I continue to work hard. If more happens, great, if not, I'm still pretty damn happy.
On an important sidenote, thanks for the continued love facepunch! Everyone here is amazing and I'm blown away by how active this thread is and how huge it's become. Keep on rocking in the free world and doot doodle doot doot...
Always nice to see you on FP. Great instrumentals on the prolapse album also.
Hey, Vinny, I have to say you are seriously an amazing guy to watch and even just listen to, and your music is great in spite of not fitting my normal tastes. The songs from Blood Bagel have been stuck in my head since you released the album, and I am so eagerly looking forward to see how much more you guys all do in the future.
And the streams are of course great as well. It's something I can sit down with the boyfriend and my parents and we can all just enjoy watching the things you and the other streamers get up to.
Thanks for being a friend to all of us who need one, Vin.
Thanks for sharing that with us Vinny, means a lot, at least to me. As someone who has had a roller-coaster type of life, just reading about someone you look up sharing their life, no matter how vague or specific it is. It makes me happy. So thanks Vinny & the rest for being such lovable chucklefucks that we keep this thread rocking!
every now and then I think about how all good things come to an end and wonder how Vinesauce will end
i'd like to think that the group would live on past the vineman's death, but it would certainly be the end of an era for me
the thought is unspeakably sad

in 2096, an exact replica of Vinny's consciousness will be digitized and uploaded to an N64 cartridge, which is then tilted on stream for our amusement

Somehow I see that ending badly, as in someone making a copy of him and corrupting that copy.

and then v-dub is born
Oh wow, Vinny actually came in here and gave a response, i honestly wasnt expecting that :v:
Really cool insight though, makes me appreciate his work more.
Unrelated, but has Joel mentioned when he's going to Doom up? Or did i miss it?
