I dont wanna bring up old drama, but I think it's important to note that GPM did not consult the vinesauce team at all according to their statement. Maybe he would have gotten off with a warning if he made an effort to talk to the others about his decisions. Maybe there's more to this that we don't know as well. I'm sure the vinesauce team wouldn't just out and say everything that happened. They didn't mention how much of his money he spent in the past few months, the reddit thread shows that he spent thousands of dollars on random gaming stuff just before asking for help. I was following all that stuff as it happened and GPM only felt uncomfortable and apologized after the reddit thread hit like 50 posts and people were furious with him, including people that previously donated to him. I'm also pretty sure I saw GPM get $5,000 from BK alone not too long ago, where did that go? I'm surprised this didnt turn into a bigger deal tbh because that is a large amount of money. From my perspective, they made the right choice and handling this appropriately. He's still streaming and doing whatever he wants, so there's not even much punishment here.
