There is difference between popping in chat and asking if someone has called after them and after receiving answer leaving and watching whole thing, Joel for example has 0 clue who is Vineswole so I highly doubt he even watches Tomodachi at all.

Oh and people use chatango as chat even when there is no stream going on, and it isn't rare at all seeing one of the streamers there chatting.
