Jace in the Cybermarine thread is at least aware of us, don't know if he has an account however. Also don't think he likes us.
Would be curious how Jon would react to his thread, or the Game Grumps guys to theirs. I can't imagine GameGrumps would like their thread.
I think Facepunch is an interesting place for people like that to come because things tend to be kept at least vaguely more professional and mature.
I mean we've even got a couple writers and the editor of PCGamesN who will post in the threads for their articles in ITN, and even make corrections from what it said in them.
oh my god, joel is here lurking
hi
since ur taking a peak, you should seriously get a bootlet ziliton console with cartridges
because bootleg gaming was/is still a thing across the baltic and the bloc
Hey Joel, where do you get your DOS games?
I'm curious since you have things like EGA Coloring Book labelled as TERROR.EXE
I like to think facepunch played a large part in getting him popular.
Facepunch makes a lot of things popular.
We got plenty semi famous internet persons to visited this site and plenty game devs too.
hey guys, did you know the world famous garry newman lurks facepunch???

i thought that was an impersonator
Seriously, Joel is one of my favorite steamers, I love watching his streams, even when I put it on for background noises. He just always brings on good vibes no matter what he puts on.
i thought that was an impersonator
Glarry!
Is there a way to make the program notify you if they're playing a specific game, or is that coming in a future update?
It should say in the popup what game they're playing, don't know if you can have it pop up for only some games.
Oh, nevermind. It just says what the stream has been titled. I guess I thought that cause Vinny and some others just call streams what the games are.

Same with Vinny, i've watched every full stream since about May now, and pretty much every stream archived on the old vappy channel...
I'm backtracking on Joel's stuff now.

I have old CD's from the early 2000's that my brother burned for me. People hosted these massive collections on DC++ that had these unorganized mess of ROMS and outdated emulators.
Also since I'm here, feel free to fire away any questions or other related stuff you've wondered throughout the years.
What's one of the worst experiences you've had with a game? Glitches, generally shit gameplay ect.
Did Jesus actually help your dad?
How are you?

Which of those bootleg street fighters would you say is the one you deeply hate the least, even if by just a tiny, tiny bit?

Any chance of a Christmas shopper simulator stream?

I'm just wondering if you live near Umeå in Sweden, which is where I (and some other swedes from the forum) live. I've seen you point out where you live on the map of Sweden sometimes and it's usually close to or spot on Umeå.

What was your favorite moment on stream? Everyone has their favorites like Sick Kermit, but I always wanted to know what was your favorite moment.

When/how did you learn of your amazing ability to do impressions of Skeletor, Megatron and Starscream?

It's from 1994 so you'll need to fire up the good ol' VM to make it work. Since it's a game about Metal music (and absolutely 90s\80s music videos), would you give it one of those Vinny-style 30 minute one-off streams?

Out of all the DOS games you've streamed, which one was your favourite?
Oh, also, did your teacher ever find out who had been drawing dicks?
I thought that those tomodachi streams were kinda boring but holy fuck everytime groose is on screen
I thought that those tomodachi streams were kinda boring but holy fuck everytime groose is on screen
Just watch the "condensed" versions.

Have you ever considered doing an Amiga Madness stream?
What's one of the worst experiences you've had with a game? Glitches, generally shit gameplay ect.
The worst kind of game is a boring one, I love terrible games just like I like terrible movies. But a plain boring one is unforgivable.
Favorite movie?
I have too many, but just at the top of my head probably Heavy Metal or Army Of Darkness. I hate these questions because my tastes are so subjective depending on date or time. I can't pinpoint my all time favorite, but I can narrow down a lot of great movies.
Which of those bootleg street fighters would you say is the one you deeply hate the least, even if by just a tiny, tiny bit?
Probably Street Fighter II Rainbow Edition made in Taiwan, its so insanely broken its hilarious. I have a blast playing it everytime.
How are you?
Tubular
Any chance of a Christmas shopper simulator stream?
Maybe
Did Jesus actually help your dad?
I hope so
What was your favorite moment on stream? Everyone has their favorites like Sick Kermit, but I always wanted to know what was your favorite moment.
Too many moments, playing Life And Death on DOS, the insanely broken first person racing game or the Sims 3 Missigno baby devouring the town, there's too many moments.
When/how did you learn of your amazing ability to do impressions of Skeletor, Megatron and Starscream?
I think I actually learned some of these impersonations through streaming. I believe I once went "woah that old man voice really has a tint of megatron huh"
I recently found out about a game called Total Distortion. It's from 1994 so you'll need to fire up the good ol' VM to make it work. Just like I'll eat anything as long as its not pineapple.
Out of all the DOS games you've streamed, which one was your favourite?
Oh, also, did your teacher ever find out who had been drawing dicks?
Probably my favorite DOS game was the F-16 simulator game with the game over funeral screen. Also yes, it was my friend who did that.
Have you ever considered doing an Amiga Madness stream?
Actually yes, I love digging up these old systems like I'm grave robbing. Except I feel less filthy. Or maybe equally.
Joel, I've watched countless numbers of your streams over the last 2 years about, and I've never really been able to speak to you directly, so I just wanna say you're my favorite streamer on Vinesauce. Your enthusiasm and genuine enjoyment for shit in general is great and I love it.
I'm also very happy to see you and Vinny here. Thanks for being very good entertainers, providing stuff to watch during boring hours of the day.
I seriously never thought I'd be this close to speaking to Joel, so all I can say is thank you for making my free time way more enjoyable, please keep it up. You're one of my top favorite people to watch play games, and your stories are always the best.
also question, any updates on Skeleton Metal?
Just a heads up, the link to your steam profile is incorrect. It should be this:

It goes by whatever is in the profile's URL.
