I'm pretty sure it's just [I]a[/I] playthrough you need to do before it's unlocked for your second. Either way, it's impossible your first time though, so it's best not to worry about it.
Man I just realised how much I like Joel's voice acting for the characters in undertale.
I can't imagine Sans or Papyrus without his voice anymore man they're so great

Yeah, if you do either neutral or pacifist it's the same overall, but [sp]you only unlock the True Ending by going pacifist, otherwise you have to play a slightly abridged second playthrough and make sure you do it as a pacifist.[/sp]

Yeah, as long as you've done everything right and made friends with everyone you can get the true ending in one playthrough. I did.
