Probably or "soon", videos coming back literally means someone at Google is looking at things so everything should be taken care of soon.

They probably did just "restore all" because picking everything one at time is too time consuming, efficiency.
The most hilarious thing about this incident is that this Towel kid acted like he was the hottest thing on the planet because he took passwords from a website and logged into peoples accounts. That's barely even legible enough to be counted as hacking.

Joel's account is disabled temporarily and they restored the vids, but Google hasn't bothered to give him back his account yet. Joel has a hold of his own Google+ now, though.

I was not expecting to laugh so much at the shitty singing. Part of me almost wishes that Joel will keep that video just so we can laugh at Towel.
