The Pokemon Company, Inc. is the company that legally owns Pokemon. I think they are the ones that content claim stuff. Nintendo and Game Freak just owns shares of that company.
I'm not ignoring that Nintendo does those shady copyright claims sometimes.
But The Pokemon Company is the fucking worst when it comes to this.

Heads Up, The Division Beta is up on the Full-sauce Channel. However I'm not linking it right now, The Upload is botched and horrid... There's more stuttering than what happeneed in the stream. Near 11:45-ish the audio got pitched up, for no apparent reason, and stays that way for the rest of the upload. The Twitch VOD is more stable and that had a audio mute for copyright.

but god damn vinny's spacial awareness has always been fucking terrible, there's always some text or hint on the screen that he misses, [I]every single time[/I]. and i see it every single time it pops up
do some people just not notice when something changes? i can watch a movie on my first monitor, then if someone starts typing on the third i can see the change in the corner of my eye and look at it

the "currency" being split up in different ways does not bode well
I played the division and it feels so boring after a hour. Doesnt help that the enemies are bullet sponges, the gunplay is average at best. It is a nice looker alright but it just seems shit from what I have played. Not to mention that there was barely any content in the beta.

You have to actually play in a Dark Zone to get the best PVP gear. It also gives players a reason not to go rogue and screw with each other, since rogues get shit for DZ$, meaning that being a rogue will not help you get the best gear either. Just decent or good gear from other players. It actually ends up serving to keep players in check by and large, nobody trusts anyone else, but you also don't have the DayZ/Rust/Every-open-world-PVP-game-ever problem where literally all that happens is people just kill each other and its basically JUST a death match because its hard and not very profitable to go rogue. Players keep all gear they obtained outside the dark zone or that they have extracted, so you can only steal a little bit every time, and you get a limited amount of contaminated stuff you can carry as well, meaning that after just a couple of kills, you may be full up already. And players who get killed aren't being completely dicked over.

Enemies are only bullet sponges if you're fighting things several levels higher than you, or your gear is bad, or they're an elite/boss. Bosses should reasonably be tanky, elites aren't really all that tough even with just decent gear, and if you've got good gear and are the same level as them, you'll wipe the floor with them. Normal enemies with good gear take just a few shots to bring down, or literally one if you got really good gear. The gunplay felt fine, the weapons handle nicely, it controls smoothly, the firing sounds are all quality, enemies react to being shot, with the harder hitting weapons producing more noticeable reactions.

Vinny explained that the boxes were shipped as is to keep costs as low as possible. I guess he wasn't anticipating that people would want theirs in good condition. Mine came beat to shit as well but the hoodie itself was just fine, so it served its purpose.
Did anyone else in this thread go on the original Vinesauce Rust server?
I started going for a few months just after he got back into the new version. Besides Goosetown (filled with a bunch of meme-r kids that typed in ALL CAPS), pretty much everyone I met was super nice. Even joined a cool settlement in a secluded forest by a river that had a sort of medieval vibe to it with a castle, small town, and church.
Probably the most fun I had in Rust since Legacy.
I stopped playing after I led two annihilating raids on Vinny, the second one by accident. After that something went wrong and my game would crash if I tried to rejoin.
