I think this could be gratitude for House having a moment of Family Guy during the season premiere (you can see Stewie beating the shit out of Brian on TV as House beats up that white rapper at Mayfield).

Maybe he's trying to avoid some sort of auto removal thing? Perhaps if youtube uses a system where they use the original animation for comparison then it might work against that.
