Excuse me
This discussion makes me a bit sad because I feel that no one deserves to have confidence issues given how problematic they can be.
I didn't find the message of this as many of you did.
This is talking about being aware of yourself, of how you compare to your mental image of yourself and being honest with yourself.
Personally, I've struggled with depression my whole life, and the central idea many of you are stating is something I can understand like the back of my hand. But this video isn't about how you may be incompetent and not aware of it, it's telling you to move past any of the flaws and incompetence you may feel, you'll have to confront your own mistakes and determine what they are and how to grow from their. That shouldn't feel scary, it should feel exciting. It should be the tool you use to fight back the darkness that is ignorance and stupidity. By being wary of yourself, you're already giving yourself a better path forward than those who just forge on without a second thought. We aren't all Einsteins or anything, we're normal people, and the best method for us to be the best versions of ourselves is to use our mistakes and faults as tools to better ourselves.

You used to get instabanned if that word was in your post (word filter basically), it actually means laughing under your breath basically.
I have experienced this effect a lot in my life, it can be quite daunting at times. Whenever I learn a new skill I'm like "hey, I'm not THAT bad!", followed by the realization of how NOT good I actually am.
The key is to power through this low point and keep learning and improving.
