Facial reconstruction for people with either in-born defections or that have been in an accident are often better. I remember a case where a woman basically had a hole in her head as a face, and they restored her to SOMEWHAT reasonable looks. There is a place for plastic surgery, it just doesn't lie within the egos of rich people.

I just think it's more sad than anything that some people can't see that they look perfectly fine and beautiful the way they are; they have to go under the knife to conform to some standard of beauty that simply doesn't - or shouldn't - exist.
