The only warranty that ever actually helped me, was the warranty on my PS3.
The only warranties I know of that they force you to buy/push it in your face is the ones at Best Buy. My mom always fucking buys them.
I haven't had any problem returning broken hardware.
Reminds me of when my ps2 broke down and I got a brand new one. The new one was broken when I got it. They then gave me a ps2 slim and a new controller! Surpriise! The controller didn't work.
I worked at a dicks sporting goods and the warrentys there were actually really good, you would be stupid not to get one.
It pretty much had a no questions asked policy as long as you had the receipt when it came to warrentys.
