This is insane.
Even religion at its basis has some reason to it, just simply because the origin of the universe is currently unprovable.
But this, this is something else. Pure delusion backed by some sort of superiority complex.
I just hope someones trolling me.

Well, we can prove where the universe originated from, and it all originates from the same place.
We know that the big bang happened, we just don't know what happened before the big bang.
Global warming must be an absolutely terrifying prospect to these ice wall theorists.
I managed to stop myself from stopping the video for 1 minute and 47 seconds.
I will just ask this.. why does it take the same amount of time to complete one aerial circumnavigation at the South pole (at a certain latitude and speed) as it does at the North pole?
Sheer geometry should disagree with this video's model if that were the case (and it is).
:nope:

Holy shit, the 'footstool' part in the second video! Send help, I can't breathe!
How do climates work according to these flat earthers

Also can't you actually see the curvature of the earth if you're flying in a plane, for example???

You sort of can. At least, you should, in ideal conditions, see it from the altitude that passenger planes generally cruise at. But those conditions include having virtually no clouds in the horizon, and I think, you have to have a comparatively wide field of view to even discern the slight curvature - it's quite humbling just how big our Earth is. . I certainly haven't seen the curvature when travelling on a plane.
My theory with flat earth people, and this might as well extend to other conspiracy theorists, is that the kicks they get out of having their own little group and getting to shit on people and act like they know something other people don't outweighs any subconscious knowledge that they're full of it.
They get to feel like they're important and good at something without all of the pesky trying and legitimate work that normal people do.
Damn, I thought that the FES was just a debate club. I didn't think that people took it THIS seriously.
i wouldn't be shocked if their argument akin to "they're fake/photoshopped photographs"
That is exactly what they say, apparently NASA invented realistic CGI in the 70's
