Something can't be this awesome without some serious drawbacks, it has to cause cancer or something.
Your body will slowly begin to absorb it and will reject itself on account of humans being 65% water.
It leave a blue haze. So I wouldn't use it on the screen.
My car is actually blue. Gonna clean the car then coat the entire car with this. FOREVER CLEAN
I might actually spray my backpack or laptop bag. Hell, I'm sure I can come along with a million other things to spray it on like the inside of my car so I can always drive with the roof off or even my DSLR for those small spills.
what if I coat the entire inside of a box with a 1 inch thick layer of it floating water????
what about radio frequency and stuff like that
Wonder if I could coat my dogs in this while they're asleep.
I wonder if it's safe to coat windshields or helmet visors with this so that rain won't stick to them
I wonder if it's safe to coat windshields or helmet visors with this so that rain won't stick to them
degrades in UV, wouldn't work unless you do 100% of your driving in the dark
degrades in UV, wouldn't work unless you do 100% of your driving in the dark
or you put more on every x amount of hours/days?
Even if it degrades in UV you can still do the phone waterproofing thing :O
your phone will get screwed up if you do that it doesn't last that long.
Hmm apparently there are some major downsides. It leaves an ugly frosted appearance on anything dark (for example wood) and apparently, if exposed to the sun for long periods of time it comes right off (UV rays I guess).
There's only one solution: we need to coat the sun.
does this work with semen
does this work with semen
only one way to find out
Oh shit, they finally got around to releasing it? [editline]26th June 2013[/editline]
does this work with semen
I have some horrid vision now of someone coating their bed sheets in it hoping to not make a mess. Having a wank and the end result just ricocheting off the bed and into a wall or something.
as a prank you could apply to dildos and or toilet paper
toilet paper
Evil
Would fish swim faster with this on their scales? Seriously. What if they coat boats in this stuff so they can glide through the water without friction. Practical applications people!
Would fish swim faster with this on their scales? Seriously. What if they coat boats in this stuff so they can glide through the water without friction. Practical applications people!
they would swim faster and then die
Spray on water, waterproof water.
I came here for the hot mustard on nipple action
Somebody reverse the video and give it a witty title like this.
I came to the thread expecting this video.
A few questions come to mind, how much mechanical stress does the coating withstand (can you scratch it off/will it come off your phone from the friction in your pockets), how long does it last and how toxic is it to the environment and the human body (is it safe to use near food/skin, like in clothing) Plus, super hydrophobic clothing is going to be pretty hard to clean. it's not like the need to wash cloths is instantly removed by the fact that it repels liquids. Also, they would be incredibly uncomforable to wear, imagine the kind of sweating and sticky skin you'd get from being in a watertight latex suit all day.
this can be useful for spraying your trouses, then you can go swimming and you won't need to dry it
so you could put it on your dick and fuck the bathwater future of science 10/10
spray it on like the inside of my car so I can always drive with the roof off
Uh, this stuff doesn't absorb/destroy water out of existence, if you left the roof off, you'd end up with a drive-able pool. (unless it has an escape route at the bottom of the car, in which case you'd just have small tide-pool like pockets of water everywhere that the water gets caught.
I should buy this and use it on those papers that my friend paints on.
this can be useful for spraying your trouses, then you can go swimming and you won't need to dry it
lifeguards
lifeguards
i guess we could coat the lifeguards with this yeah but i don't know how well they'd like it
