Its a vlog video Rocco uploaded from a convention where they were having a small booth.
They like to make videos with the people who visit their booth from time to time, and this is one of those videos.

They freak out at conventions (Check their cosplayerz series on youtube) and their podcasts regularly. Sort of their shtick to mess with people who don't know better.
But yeah, Radical Ed is apparently under the belief I was a poor victim of such trolling unaware. When actually off camera Mega64 was pretty chill and have had a normal interaction with them several times after at various conventions.
