Actually, I would prefer living in a small house. Big houses like mansion would scare me, especially when I'm going to piss or drink water.
Agreed. I would hate living in a house with so many empty rooms and wasted spaces, not just for the fact that it'd feel lonely and creepy, but it's a waste of good space and money. After a certain point, you stop getting more comfort and you just end up with more emptiness between things. :frown:
She pays $700 a month. For that. Fuck Manhattan.
Not even more then what you can rent one single room for here in sweden.
no way i can live in a room that small
Imagine having sex in that bed.
I used to live on 10 square meters for a year. Didn't have my own bathroom though. It was enough, because I had no TV or Computer. All I had for entertainment was one book an electric guitar with no amp and a sketchbook. As for food I had a small fridge with room for about 4 cartons of milk, but it was mostly empty since I couldn't afford much more to eat other than bread and something to put on it like cheese or ham so all in all it was still a lot of empty space. But please don't think of me as some bum, I am actually quite obsessed with keeping order and cleanlyness. I had every second of my day planned for some everyday task and in my free time I did sports, read or slept. You could say i'm a minimalist, since that time I realized I needed really nothing other than what is essential for survival like food, shelter and a sleeping place, but living on the absolute minimum and just working in a shitty job all day and sleeping at night depressed the fuck out of me, since I realized that there was no porpuse in life since it makes no difference to anyone weather you are happy with friends or die in a ditch. The only meaning in life is the one you apply to it and I guess I am pretty bad at that. I only lived like that for one year and now I have moved back to my hometown. I have told noone everything of what I did before yet. It wouldn't make sense since I made all my frends after that time since I had none back then. Right now I am looking for a job and I have no Idea what I should become. Sometimes I think I am too fucking weird.
It's expensive because it's literally a block away from central park. anything within a mile of that damn park is fucking expensive
Imagine having sex in that bed.
Every person who has sex in that bed ends up with memory loss.
I like little places :3: I'd never want to live in a house that has more room/space then I actually needed.
Well, 90 squares is somewhere around 8 square meters ? Well, I lived on 10 square meters (which is around 107 squares if my calculations are correct) for few months with 3 other guys in the same room when I was working abroad. Wasn't that bad... and when I was the last one (all other 3 guys went back to home) it was pretty huge actually... well, more space than enough to fit all my stuff that I hold up in my house (beside big furniture), which is 40 square meters (430 squares). But well... I'm really interested in the rent she pays for that.
Imagine having sex in that bed.
Oh wow, I'm glad she doesn't have to.
Better small apartment:
I would live here.
I want to live in one just like that. Forever Alone.
I pay $533 for a bedroom in a shared apartment and it's about the same size. However here I'm ten minutes from a bus and 45 minutes from a train.
That would be awesome to live there! Just get rid of the mac.
pc takes up too much space.
Standing on chair with wheels =/= good idea.
I pay $533 for a bedroom in a shared apartment and it's about the same size.
This is why I cannot possibly fathom how anyone can think that living in a huge city is even remotely worth it
I thought my place was small, my room is 6x the size of her apartment.
So she can't really bring guys/girls back to her apartment I guess.
So she can't really bring guys/girls back to her apartment I guess.
Yeah she could. She said she was sleeping with some girl one night before she started panicking.
This is why I cannot possibly fathom how anyone can think that living in a huge city is even remotely worth it
i like living in seattle(although its not really huge) because it has so much stuff around if i get an apartment in the city then the shopping malls are only a few blocks away, art galleries and museums are near, all the music venues are pretty much walking distance pretty much everything i could want culturally is nearby its definitely worth it

Being used to the metric system I thought "90 sq ft, I bet that's HUGE!".
I'm the opposite of claustrophobic. That apartment is literally my dream house.
Wow I pay 250 for 204 square feet
2:39. I have that lamp.
Besides the ceiling with the bed, and not having a kitchen I like it.
