i mess around almost daily, and while it's common to find someone who wants to do nothing but shoot everything, i can get them to chill out just by driving around with them in passive mode for awhile and being silly

getting on the mic and joking around with them helps a lot too

You get about 20k for the planing missions on Hard difficulty and about 100k for the final part. But there are several bonuses like for completing them with the same crew or doing elite challenges. For example: If you manage to do all heists in the right order with the same crew without dying once on hard difficulty you get a one time payout of 10 million (!) which is quite nice in my opinion. For comparison: 8 million GTA $ = 99,99 $

Playing missions on hard isn't even that hard especially if you do it with other people and since you have friends you should have no problem finding people to play GTA with because it's pretty mainstream game that even dudebro frat boys play.
