We have so many local pizza places, and I love every one. There's a place called Di Carlos, and what they do is they put their sauce on the pizza, then bake it. Then they add every other topping (Cheese, pepperoni, whatever) cold AFTER it comes out It's actually really fucking good. It usually looks like this Plus it's like 80 cents for a tiny slice like that.
My dad grew up eating square pizzas because they were poor and Italian so eating out/carryout was foreign to them. He had no idea that pizza wasn't normally square (his mom made homemade pizza on cookie sheets) until he was 16 and went on a date with some girl to a pizza place. [editline]11th October 2013[/editline] Basically I got a lotta respect for them square pizzas.

The tomato one was dumb. You use a serrated knife on tomatoes, not a regular knife. The rest are fine and informative.

Putting a spoon over my pot to keep it from boiling over works for me every time. What did he do wrong
Life hack #774 If your pizza is bad just go out and tell your friend who works at Pizza Hut that you want another pizza and you will get a free pizza!
Putting a spoon over my pot to keep it from boiling over works for me every time. What did he do wrong
i sorta works. at a certain point the water will boil over regardless of whether the spoon is present or not but i think having the spoon over the pot will stall it. [editline]12th October 2013[/editline] that's my experience at least.
The cardboard tube thing for playing music does work, I don't know what he's on about. Sure it isn't going to turn it into a speaker but it sure as hell will cause sound to sound much better than without simply because of what the tube does to the soundwaves and how it distributes them into the room versus just using a straight speaker. Some of the ones he failed simply because he did them wrong too. The wine bottle one was using a screw not a nail (huge difference) and he didn't even prop the phone on his sungless proprely. So much for the "science behind lifehacks" lol
Truly the most useful thing on the web.
Why would you write an essay about that though?
I've always reheated pizza in a microwave by putting the pizza inbetween some mildly moist paper towels. That usually cooks it right. (Mind you, I almost never leave leftovers, so I don't do this much)
That's not stealing, that's a ~life hack~!
Did you know that there's a hidden protocol in the human brain where people will give you money if you point a weapon at them? Life hack!
is this the faggot who wrote Looking For Alaska?
This might be considered a nitpicky thing but you can make your own non-cloudy ice cubes by pouring hot water into your ice trays instead of cold/room-temp water. You'll end up with nearly translucent ice cubes. Hot water has far less air dissolved in it than cold water; dissolved gases cause opaqueness in ice cubes.
Mmmmm.. Cold pizza.

Oh god, just looking at that makes me ill. I never thought presentation mattered much when it came to food but I guess in my case it does apply to pizza. Frankly, that thing looks inedible.

If you can't open a jar you just put a spoon under the lid :s
I like this guy, I watched his History Videos on Crash course.
I tried the chewing gum one today when i made dinner. Didn't work, he lied to me.
huh? It's worked for me. Maybe the gum deemed you unworthy?
This was amazing.
Man, all this talk about pizza and no one names any local shops. Up at uni I've got Gioninos and Eurogyro, back at home there was Pizza Joes, Wedgewood, Inner Circle, and Belleria. Belleria's service in general has gone to shit tho, sadly. All the other places are good.
