As a uni student, I've been to a fair bit of pubs and clubs around the city. What he described is how almost every quarrel goes down and is the most effective way to shut down the situation. Almost everybody just walks away and nobody is affected. Usually if someone were to throw a king hit like this it ends up on the news since there is a zero tolerance policy on it.

Long time back i knew someone that was hospitalized and almost died due to concussion he revived from a blow not to dissimilar to this ( Don't know the circumstances so don't ask, just remember the punch cause it knocked him the fuck out and the building went stone dead quiet). My issue is not with the justice being served cause the guy was a cardboard cut out cunt and needed his arse kicked, but the punch he was on the end of could have killed him.
What's even more annoying is it seems like this dude DIDN'T learn any lesson at all, since he's still on YouTube acting all big and mighty in his videos comments.

More like overestimating what a punch can do. A punch can't kill a regular healthy person, even if you're a professional fighter. What a single punch can do however is knock you out unconscious and then you hit your head on the concrete floor, or a wall, railing or whatever killing you. It's unlikely but does happen. It's ridiculous to use the risk of killing someone as the sole reason it's wrong. It's like refusing to drive because some cars have a risk of catching fire on their own.
That being said I don't necessarily support the guy who threw the punch. Not entirely at least. He should have first verbally confronted him and called him out on his behaviour. And if it did have to come to violence he should have warned him or at least put his hands up showing what's coming first.
Basically I think the pizza guy got what was coming, even if it wasn't handled correctly. Pizza guy did deserve a punch, perhaps not a sucker punch but I can't blame the guy he probably wasn't thinking too rationally after getting pizza slapped and insulted WHILE mind you, shaking a man's hand.
I can't take the words "pizza slap" seriously anymore.
