yeah mean I gain a MASSIVE amount of respect for people using excessive force in a harmless situation if anything this shows that he (and possibly you judging by your post) has no grasp on handling anger in a responsible adult way. I can promise you that if this went to court, the punching guy would get wrecked. Humiliating someone is no grounds for physical assault holy SHIT Would your opinion change if this guy got permanent damage? died? What's the line? This kind of excuse for violent behavior is what keeps society from being more peaceful.
Gotta love you people whining physical assault like the guy sodomized the pranker with a bat, its the same exact mindset with feminists and their misogyny bullshit, what you peaceful people say about these kinds of situations only go true in animations or cartoons. You dont walk away from a situation like this and live a seven year regret. Everybody, and i mean it everybody and their mothers will know about this shitty prank and how they were insulting at your face. How do you think he'll be able to live after this. That punch wasnt enough, he fucking deserved a train to his head for not apologizing and trying to stay on top by insulting the real victim.
nah cuz that would probably end in a brawl if either parties are charged up the smart thing to do is nothing. or you know, fight back, like a man, or some other macho bullshit that's going to get somebody killed. that's really smart and sensible. i will deliver a swift, knockout blow, because this guy passively ridiculed me with pizza. because my own ego is above another persons safety. and you guys claim that shit's 'the real world'. you know what else happens in the real world? misplaced hits to the head kill people. and then your hardons for vengeance will land you in prison.
lol at everyone in this thread who are acting like being punched in the face is the world's #1 killer

"what you peaceful people say" Are you kidding me? I'm not totally against physical retaliation at all and I am very aware of real-life situations that cause violence but this by far is crossing the line. By labeling people who think that a cool head and responsible decision are delutional you are further advocating for a vengeful, eye-for-an-eye lifestyle. The pizza slap guy was a complete asshat and tool and deserved to be confronted and shut down socially and verbally by the victim and peers, not fucking decked out many seconds after the minor incident. It shows that the guy getting slapped had terrible decision making skills since he had more than enough time to judge the consequences of his actions. I also wouldn't worry about some tool who gets satisfaction from hitting people with pizza, at least not enough to warrant potential permanent damage (or how you suggested death?) Obviously from the video, he didn't learn his lesson still. If anything that punch made HIM look like less of an asshat. If they guy just confronted him verbally and walked away, he would have looked like a more responsible person and that choice would have shown him to be a better person. Just look at the outcome this thread WOULD have had if he didn't punch him. it would be 100% in support of the victim, this whole debate wouldn't have happened. Already, there is doubt about his integrity because of his actions
"Get rational" during an amygdala hijack. You guys are funny. (or dumb.. I laugh either way.)
Where were you five pages ago?
Because i've been in so much situations where i walked away i clearly think its not the best decision anymore. Theres humans and then theres animals disguised as humans.
If they guy just confronted him verbally and walked away, he would have looked like a more responsible person and that choice would have shown him to be a better person.

shut down socially
Yeah maybe in disneyland, you dont get to walk away in situations like this or you become society's bitch. Fix the person mentalities first. Youre talking just like a person whos never been in a fight, are you sure you are going to walk away when they harass your mother/girlfriend/yourself/whatever with some shitty prank and then call you a faggot over it? PS: Also not even pointing out the video was uploaded to youtube with editings where he clearly tries to make fun of the victim.
:words::words::words::words:
Do you have to space out everything you say? It just makes it harder to read.

One should hold seven year grudges for getting slapped with a pizza? This is ridiculous, the way you're thinking is borderline sociopathic.
Where were you five pages ago?
trying to remember my therapists words... and asleep.
Also, what the fuck is their accent?
canadian
I don't think people in this thread realize what a punch in the face can do.
no we've established that head trauma can cause serious injury etc but people need to stop acting like it's unusual for a person to react that way when someone acts like a huge dick head for no reason
It shows that the guy getting slapped had terrible decision making skills since he had more than enough time to judge the consequences of his actions.
the exact same logic goes for the cunt that slaps him though, he had the entire time he was in that pizza shop to reconsider what he was about to foolishly go and do
Hahahaha holy shit. Really? One should hold seven year grudges for getting slapped with a pizza? This is ridiculous, the way you're thinking is borderline sociopathic.
Is it really hard to understand Somebody does a prank to me, apologizes for it -> Both of us have good laughs Somebody does a prank to me, proceeds to insult and pity in front of (an university cafeteria?), and acts like nothing happened -> I get angry with his actions
If a random guy took a slice of pizza and slapped me across the face like that and started calling me a "fucking fag" for no reason, I won't just walk away like nothing happened. I mean really, if a complete stranger slapped me like that I would probably punch him out of reflex.
No wonder why bullying is so much in america, ffs [editline]22nd October 2014[/editline] Just walk away from that kid who beats you guys, youre the one better in the eyes of so-called society
snippy
-sinp- bad reading on my part
Have you ever been in a fight?
i think he's quoting the people who are saying that's a logical solution to being humiliated for no reason
Remind me to zing you sometime
what? hahah [editline] . [/editline] oh okay i get it, sorry i thought you meant in the video

If the former then that's a terrible plan of action. Now the bully knows he can bully you all he wants and can get away with it because you won't do shit.
Have you ever been in a fight?
If we are going to make this personal, might aswell tell it. I've changed 3 schools because of the immense bullying, and the last one was the last drop. Oh that first punches i took and i gave. I felt satisfied even when i took it. Its good to fight back after overcharging in 3 years.

Society's bitch because I didn't knock someone out? How do people think like this. I agree something shoudl have been done but so far you have expressed no other option than extreme violence
I'm just saying that walking away is only a fucking solution when you see a knife or some kind of gun, or youre sure those 6 guys waiting at the door is going to beat you to death. If thats the situation, then dont walk away, run the fuck out of there. Thats living in turkey to you. Okay i'm talking to a wall, if you ever get punched in your nuts in middle of a street just because a 12 year old kid wanted to do a prank please walk away Glitchman. I'm sure youre going to be in the top. Maybe in the list of Worldstar or Liveleak. Extreme violence lmao

And I was continued to be bullied. But one thing that really helped me was a good attitude, something that slowed down the amount I was singled out. People always want to start shit with the kid who flips out. A past/current history of being bullied is no excuse for revenge, in that way, the bullies really do win. By no means sit down and take it, but don't let revenge become your identity is all im saying I'm really am truly sorry that happened to you, and in a lot of ways I agree with you, just not in this particular video and this circumstance. For all we know there could have been previous tensions between these two. sorry again

Youre true in that. I dont give a fuck about anyone anymore, my life is constantly being ruined by bunch of faggots who doesnt have any ideals, doesnt care about getting expelled out from a school. I've gone through what i've done wrong to people around me and even now i can get negative attitudes from a person i dont even know. World we live in forces to change your identity to some fucking psycho just because you dont want to be ignored by the whole school. Its a blessing to know that these days are going to pass away after awhile... [editline]22nd October 2014[/editline] Glad i was tired of running away, and i still dont believe walking away is a solution as it never was for me. Just throw the punch. Throw the fucking punch. Throw it so you dont get more pain in later stages than you ever would from your fist. Hey i'm sorry too alright? Apologizing solves everything. Sorry if i caused any nervous feelings around the users.
What would you do if someone's being a cunt to you right up in your face, and hits you in the face with a greasy ass pizza? I'd actually like to know what you'd do.... Maybe I wouldn't hit the guy but i'd get up in his face about it
Most people's automatic reaction would be to hit the dude. Maybe not destroy him like the guy in the video, but I'm pretty sure 99% of the time this would end with a fist to the face.
So basically this thread is just a bunch of kids who get bullied at school projecting their problems on to other people in a situation they're 80 percent unsure of. I'm sorry I wasted my time
The situation is very clear. Someone slapped someone, then he got slapped back, deservedly so. How man can go 6 pages of discussion about that? I don't know. Or what did he do to deserve the slap in the face?
No wonder why bullying is so much in america, ffs [editline]22nd October 2014[/editline] Just walk away from that kid who beats you guys, youre the one better in the eyes of so-called society
lmao no you idiot there's bullying in school because the school system is fucked, doesn't know how to take care of the situation and fighting back will literally do nothing but get you suspended and piss off the bully even more [editline]22nd October 2014[/editline] anyways if i was in the dude who got pizza slapped i would've gone up the dude and sneezed on him and his shitty pizza. Now you don't get pizza and you're probably sick, I win.
lmao no you idiot there's bullying in school because the school system is fucked, doesn't know how to take care of the situation and fighting back will literally do nothing but get you suspended and piss off the bully even more
"because the school system is fucked" lol, no How the kids are raised is already one thing that's outside of the school system's control. And second of all, how all the pupils generally behave on their own is also out of the school system's control. The entire spirit of your class/school is determined by pupils. Same way with how the staff and guards don't run the prison, it's the prisoners who run the prison.

Reporting bullies to staff and teachers is as useful as trying to fight a bear with a goddamn paper clip. The way the american school system handles bullying has always been and will probably always be fucked
I guess all it takes is a pizza slap video to divide Facepunch again I will agree to disagree but still I would never want to be looked at as the guy who knocked someone's teeth out over getting slapped by pizza anger management is a useful adult skill
Dude comes to your face, greets you, and slaps you with a pizza 1- total surprise attack 2- did it for no reason other than LOL FUNI 3- wasting food 4- good job, you greased up someone's face and possibly got his clothes dirty, that's a very lovely thing to do 5- you hit someone, don't act surprised if someone hits you back 6- IMO, slaps and any blows to the face or head are irritating as fuck and extremely disrespectful, its the usual thing douchebags do to threaten people, while they gently swat your face with their hand anger manegement my ass
