From I can tell that the firefights are very intense, the action is gritty, and the characters aren't giant beasts with no personality for once.
When was the last time that you played a first person shooter that wasn't "Gritty" or "intense" or actually did have "Giant Breasts" for all the female main characters? Because I can't think of any. Giant breasts the closest I can come up with is ME:2 but they were well defined... the characters, not the breasts... I mean they were but uhh... you know what I mean. [editline]06:00PM[/editline]
yeah fpers are bad readers too thanks for proving another point
What the hell are you smoking?
What the hell are you smoking?
He twisted what I was talking about, not to mention repeated it.
He twisted what I was talking about, not to mention repeated it.
You said that you hate FP's high standards and the other guy replied that he doesn't think that FP's standards are high, just that yours are low. I don't see what he twisted. I mean, maybe the hidden text only special people can see is telling you something but really I see nothing to be misinterpreted.
BEASTS I said BEASTS, like a giant BEAST of a man in an armor suit. And no I haven't played a game with this kind of realistic setting and gritty action with firefights that actually terrify you (as in the gunfire actually does a good job of suppressing you for once, which never happened on something like Gears of War on any difficulty ever) when the bullets hit the cover you're behind and the place gets wrecked. Every gunfight in this looks like a mix between Ronin and Heat and it looks awesome.

i never implied i had low standards the fact that you have nothing substantial to think of to counter my argument other than an insult makes me wonder if i should be the one asking what you're smoking
i never implied i had low standards the fact that you have nothing substantial to think of to counter my argument other than an insult makes me wonder if i should be the one asking what you're smoking
HE IMPLIED IT. HE DID. NOT ME. I didn't insult you (Well maybe I did imply you were crazy). THAT WAS HIS ARGUMENT. NOT MINE. READ.
that was pretty obvious
that was pretty obvious
I wasn't trying to counter your argument, just your misunderstanding of someone's post.
he called me retarded for not disliking a game what's not to understand
I preffer Army of Two because of the gun pimpin' and bitch slappin'.
I just played the demo, and was disappointed in how short it was. I actually enjoyed the game and wish I could play more.
This game looks very good and that is my opinion
he called me retarded for not disliking a game what's not to understand
You dismissed his dislike of a game as "merely" high standards. You did insult him first.
You dismissed his dislike of a game as "merely" high standards. You did insult him first.
I didn't even direct it at him.
I didn't even direct it at him.
You just said it about everyone who didn't like the game... which includes him.
but it's the truth
but it's the truth
It's an insinuation and in doing so you dismissed his opinion, which is insulting. So, then he dismissed yours. Either way he didn't misinterpret what you said.
ok
the sound makes me so angry if i get this game i'm going to have so much fun redoing all the sounds
It's nothing special.. but it's fun if played in co-op with a friend. There is a demo out for those of you that want to try it out
let me add some more gameplay to the threaD!
That was great.
That is why I hate the checkpoint saving sistem..
All I can think of whenever this game is mentioned is that whole Gamespot fiasco with the first game Long story short: Gamespot advertised the hell out of the game. The writer of the review gave it a bad score because he thought it was a bad game so they fired him :v:
Maybe just you. The devs applied a handycam filter, which would explain artifacts and jpeg compression. Makes it look...strangely realistic if you ask me.
It reminds me of a live tv news report. I actually really like the way it looks, bobbing and all. I can't see why people believe that it is a generic third-person shooter, as its campaign is pretty immersive and cinematic. The gamemodes it has in multiplayer aren't anything I've seen either. Fragile Alliance is great fun; you don't have to rely on being with a group of people to do well because of how the game plays.
in the level where you're naked it looks like you have latex skin or some shit
Oh... some Freudian shit on my part then. :downs:
Got a hankerin' for some titties I see...
This game is terrible. :frown:
I'm enjoying it a lot.
