They've since said that every aspect of that trailer was scripted, and not actually in a level.

Anyways, this is fake, but, we always have Eduke32 and duke nukem 3d HD pack. This game was supposed to come out april 1st. But, because of Take-two, and all that law-suit, It didn't happen. This game is still being worked on, and 3D-Realms is still up, but most of their team was lost. This game isn't dead yet, but it's close.

Guys, that trailer isn't real. Confirmed fake by teamleader of the DNF team. Basically it's just some level code compiled from a level designer's portofolio that has nothing to do with the game in development.
