Suddenly I'm interested in Dead or Alive.

A few new details I found out- -Marie Rose is Japan-only, for now. -She's 18. Makes perfect sense. :downs: -She might be made available as DLC for DOA5U later on. EDIT: -She's Swedish, not Russian. I used to think the same thing before I actually tried Core Fighters for free (lets you play as Ryu, Hayate, Kasumi, Ayane, plus two free characters that rotate on a weekly basis) and it was the most fun I had with a fighting game in awhile. I bought Ultimate a couple of months ago, so I'm a little bummed about a new version being released. Obviously, it's not going to be as technical as Street Fighter, but the accesibility is part of what makes it great. There is the triangle system in place (holds, strikes, throws) so other than casual playing around with friends, the fighting isn't completely spammy and juggle heavy like Tekken. There is a shit ton of fan service, but the game is gorgeous by itself alone and some of the multi-tiered stages add to the fun.

It stands to reason that they'll do the same again. I think I also heard somewhere that the old boss character "Tengu" might be added next as well.
