PewDiePie is such a douche, he is a judge for a cry of fear custom campaign competition. He agreed to play through all the custom campaigns and make lets plays for them and then judge.

To me, there are three top youtube sellouts. Nova, Tobuscus, and Pewdiepiss. (I mostly relate these three for their ever-so-long running happy wheels series.)
Out of these three, I'm actually subscribed to Nova. Even being a sellout, he is much better when compared to the other two. I don't watch nova often, (especially not his happy wheels videos) but sometimes, he has some really entertaining commentary.
He's also entertaining because he sucks at everything he plays.
But tobuscus is vomit, and pewdiepie is rotting feces.

Now here's the best part. Nova's fans, and PDP's fans got into a huge youtube internet war. Nova actually made a section of one of his videos just telling his fans to STOP trying to start shit, and posting hate messages on PDP's videos. PDP encouraged the attacks on Nova's videos. PDP really thinks he is better than Nova. It all started because PDP's fans were bitching at Nova for "stealing" what PDP was doing.
Nova is always trying to talk to the fans and get feedback from the fans
Its really cool to see somebody who actually cares about the people who got him there

I never really hear Cr1tikal make rape jokes every video. Only a couple of his making small cracks, not every damn minute on every video.

i think the problem here that everyone has seems to stem from just an opinion of a boy making videos... when in reality, subconsciously in all of us, the concern here is a possibility of two things:
1. the standard of humor and what people enjoy or find entertaining has declined, rapidly, since the dawn of Youtube. this has allowed people such as PDP to market and make money off of today's every day youtube viewer that enjoys videogames, and that every day viewer is an idiot.
or 2. all of these viewers of his are below or around the age of 12... which means PDP is making tons of money off of the humor standard of small children, and can possibly command an army of these children to, say, downvote all sorts of actually good shit on youtube or reddit (how dreadful), an easy way to abuse his popularity against anybody actually making viable content.
and both of these are frightening.
