I liked him when I first stumbled upon one of his montage videos. It just caught me so off guard and made me laugh uncontrollably. I stopped watching him so much when he mostly started to make Happy Wheel's videos because it seemed like everyone was doing them. I stopped watching and unsubscribed from him when he started making Siren: Blood Curse videos, because then his jokes went to "dick,penis, vagina, period, HAHAHAHA lol."

The only thing that Pewdiepie had going for him before was that he was mildly humble. Though his videos were absolute crap, he still didn't boast about it and made plenty of thank you videos to his loyal "bros", which I sort of respected. But now, with his [I]"LOL U SCRUBLORDS R MAKIN ME MONEY"[/I] post, he sort of threw everything left of himself out the window. Anyone new to Pewdie is bound to dislike him by default if this post of his is spread around the net like margarine, and it's disrespectful for his fans as well, since he shows his brutal honesty on what their views and subscriptions mean to him now that he's become so famous: Scant. Zilch. Bubkis. Nada. If he keeps acting like this whenever he gets slammed, he might even cause his own end. I think that if [I]someone[/I] were attempt to cause the fall of his fame, their next step would likely be to highlight his disgusting sense of humor, especially his rape jokes.

Ok, bullet point format. -The video looks like shit, he has put no effort into it, no editing, its just rambling. -He is a lazy fuck, all he did was pull up a chair and put a light up--the video *looks* like absolute dog shit, the lighting is shit, the focus constantly goes out, the background has shit everywhere. -He has 2 million subscribers, and is making all this YouTube money yet he records on a fucking webcam? -It isn't even in 16:9 -For someone with so many subscribers/fans, a video of his that has been up for 2 months straight that is actually *about* pewdiepie has less views than the number of subscribers that he has. That is disproportionate. -The whole brofist thing, and bro bullshit is so fucking overdone, it isn't OC, he didn't invent it, yet he pretty much acts like he did. It's about as funny or entertaining as watching epic meal time construct something with a large amount of bacon (yes, we get it, bacon is tasty, so make sure you include it in everything because all guys like bacon, and now all the hip chicks like bacon too, that's why we have bacon flavored maple syrup, thats so hip and cool) -He has more videos than days his YouTube account has been active, given the length of some of them it is easy to say that almost no quality control goes into them. This guy is like DSP--he is interested in page views and quantity and not quality. -For fucks sake, even the white balance is set incorrect on almost all his video clips. I just really can't see what the fuss is about, the intro made me want to stop the video. He just puts on childish accents, his imitations are terrible, I haven't heard him make any meaningful attempt at 'comedy' He dropped out of university to make this shit (at least thats what some TV news report says) and it just looks like shit. It looks and reads like someone who found out they could get a bunch of money from YouTube is happy to just sit there and do it as much as possible even though they haven't actually created something original. My opinion remains, this guy is a complete fucking dolt. I'm ashamed that shit like this and that movie 'smiley' or Shane Dawson can pass for entertainment in this day and age.

Man, Retsupurae has caused some controversy before, but damn, this is on a whole different level. I have to say my thoughts are the same as the majority of the thread's; PewDiePie is fucking annoying and it honestly is disintegrating what little faith I had left in humanity knowing that he's getting paid that much to not even do any sort of actual work in life. People who tend and care for others, people who construct buildings, people who do something constructive or helpful in society don't even earn a fraction of what this guy is getting per day. I have a microphone like that, and I keep it in the cupboard. My average logitech headset produces audio a trillion times better than anything I've heard in his videos.
