Look, let's look at this differently. You're blaming a guy that is producing a product before it's made him money. Your parents probably work for a paycheck and is somewhat gauranteed pay. When you work in this you invest time, then hope it does well. Granted, he has a high likely hood. But you're blaming him for producing shit, blame the people who watch it. Why should he stop if he's doing so well producing what he's doing.

So for the record lets take a look at some of the more popular people who got RP'd and how they responded to it:
-Jesse Cox (OMFGcata) was fine with it and told his fans to stop whining.
-Doug Walker admitted his LP was bad and apologized for posting it.
-Two Best Friends Play seemed fine with it (and their fans did too for the most part)
-ProtonJon is actually friends with Slowbeef I think.
-BillyMC got a little overwhelmed but seems to have worked things out.
-PewDiePie responds by being a passive-aggressive dick and mocks Retsupurae's fans.

Let's say you're at a job. Fast food for instance. Your boss says you're doing a good job on cooking the fries so he's giving you a raise, but with that raise he wants you to cook more fries at a time to meet demand. So you cook more fries, he then says good job on the productivity, and you ask him if they all need to be cooked completely. He says no, but he still wants more.
Do you spend the extra time cooking the fries, or just do what he says and cook more and more regardless.
This is a metaphor. People who enjoy his stuff watch it regardless of the quality or the length. And people keep asking for more. What you think he's going to do? Frankly, from a personal standpoint I enjoy producing pretty, high production quality content, so I'd try my best do to that. But he didn't go into this with a sense of artisanship, he went into it making bad quality video game videos. He didn't start from much.
