Wireless XBOX 360 controller.
For Dead Space 2 I'm using mouse and keyboard.

I've never played Dead Space before and even I was confused why you weren't healing when your suit was red. Also what's the little half circle beside the health bar? My best guess is a kinetic energy power gauge but I'm probably wrong.

Kinesis is infinite, that was the Stasis meter (the slow down enemies power)
