This guy doesn't make these videos to show he has the right. He is trying to make a point about all the security cameras and being recorded all the time even on the road. Thats why he mentions in the video a few times "well theres a camera over there and you don't mind"
Not to say I agree with him, what he is doing is just a dumb way to prove a point. Having someone purposely putting a camera in your face and recording you is a lot different than a security camera on the wall most people don't notice.

There's a difference between people seeing you out in public, compared to having someone video tape you to do with as he likes, be it put it up on the internet and make a complete fool out of you, or just sit at home like a creep and watch you.
People generally don't like the thought of that. I wouldn't like it either. There's a huge difference between CCTV cameras watching you in public (someone is doing their job on the other end, making sure everything is okay, not exactly like they're fapping to you) and some asshole video taping you to do God-knows-what with.
God, I fucking hate people like this. Reminds me of some liveleak videos I've seen of some open-carry fanatics. They go around with guns in public to garner reactions from cops, hand-pick the ones that retaliate and go "WOW LOOK AT THESE PIGS TRYING TO TAKE AWAY MY RIGHT TO CARRY WEAPONS #NWO #RONPAUL"
You have the legal right to do it, but that doesn't mean you should do it "just because."

There's a difference between CCTV cameras, discreet and general-area cameras designed to watch over an area you're doing a specific task in to break the law, and someone getting all up in your face with an arrogant attitude and a giant distracting camera. It's hard to focus and for instance one of the guys was trying to have a business call. I would've found it hard not to unleash a volley of swear words his way too.

The difference is CCTV is owned by a company that has to follow laws when it comes to the footage and can be held responsible if it does something wrong with it.
