I can't stop re-watching this trailer I'm so fucking in
I can't stop either. I don't know why. I'm trying to make sense of what i'm seeing, and no matter how much I try I just can't. It's a mind-fucking, logic defying assault on my senses each and every time I try to comprehend this shite. And this is just a teaser. If i'm getting so weirded out by the trailer, I cannot imagine how psychotic it will be for the full game. It's gonna be fucking awesome.

It looks like it's asleep and having some kind of horrible nightmare and I can't even begin to imagine what that thing is or what the fuck it dreams about
I thought I was the only one. I watched it like 10 times already. Consider me hyped. I honestly couldn't give a shit whether or not the gameplay itself is innovative or new. The music and art alone sends chills down my spine. I can tell right away that the people who put this together have a deep appreciation for setting a detailed atmospheric experience. Really refreshing to see someone virtualize this side of human imagination. No explanation for what your eyes are seeing, just a full on assault of strange bio-mechanical imagery, body horror, and wide open droning music. The cover art looks beautiful. Apparently the devs are Serbian, making this the first game I think I've ever seen come out of Serbia.
I think this is one of the first times I've felt legitimately discomforted by a video game but at the same time intrigued. I absolutely adore the music they've used too, is it available.
If the S was a K, I'd believe it was a KORN album cover.
KCORN
that cover art looks straight out of the 90s. i like it
All they gotta do is release a physical copy in true 90's jewel cases or in those big boxes.

I've loved Beksinski ever since I first saw his art. And I loved his influence in the Dawn Of War III trailer. Fuck, it's a shame he was murdered over the equivalent of $100. He lives on, though. And I'm truly happy he's starting to show more.

It's good to see his legacy carry on but it feels so overdue.
Here's a larger version of that painting from their website. Can't wait to see how it turns out.
That platform is Beksinski as fuck. I hope we get old, aged buildings with odd blue-lit insides, a contrast to all the red and white.

Stupid, I know [sp]Also, might want to [t] that image[/sp]
Really sorry that Josef Váchal and Keith Thompson don't feature as inspirations nearly as often. They've got a different take on surrealism
Apparently the devs are Serbian, making this the first game I think I've ever seen come out of Serbia.
Yeah, that actually worries me. I never heard about any game coming from there, so I don't know how much experience these guys have and are they even able to make it into a polished and interesting game at the end.
Basically, if the Zerg were hyper-realistic they'd look a bit like this.

The Witcher came out of Poland, S.T.A.L.K.E.R. and Metro 2033 came out of Ukraine, KSP came out of Mexico

I feel like the art direction is gonna be the main driving force here and they've got that pretty squared away from all that I've seen, so this should be a pretty neat game.
I'm getting some similar vibes to this:
