I myself feel no need to condemn him if what he said was true. However to avoid loopholes the laws should probably stay the same. Either way a 13 year old is generally not competent enough to make decisions like that.

I don't understand how this is even legal, the girl is 18, most of the guys never actually showed their identities online and just agreed to fuck the girl when she asked, they're just arresting people for absolutely nothing and putting on a little show, it's ridiculous. They may be crying and such but when they see cops coming slowly towards them The person might pull out a weapon and try to commit suicide or some crazy shit. And they want to [b]CATCH[/b] them as quickly as possible. If the police try to take it slowly and carefully then the perp might just get a 5 second running start. They have to apprehend people like that so they can make sure they actually get the suspect in any crime. Seriously it's not fucking police brutality it's just cops doing what they have to do to catch the person.
