and whatever backup/cheat he had to set up just incase a crash happened is either not there or not usable either
so he botched his run on an out of bounds crash
cancel the run tbh
they should have let TAS bot run this.
Aaaand they're back.
His new character is named Kill Yourself lol
Aaaand they're back.
back with a male character and 5 estus
this is a mess

TAS runs generally aren't possible for any game that has gameplay effecting RNG

It's not ideal but it's better than nothing, and I think he'll still give us a good run.
his backup character is called Kill Yourself
welp
at least he's robbie rotten now :v:
would recommend this for any twitch stream till amazon forces them to fix the shit player
It's weird watching Twitch after using YouTube's player, because on YouTube you can go back in the stream a bit if you missed something but on here if you missed it you have to grab the vod and browse back.
Nice to see twitch chat bored out of their minds despite all of this technical wizardry going on, 250 000 button presses per second, holy shit.
I don't really watch a speedrunning event to see people fucking around with code injection, as neat as it is.
The TAS block is great when they fucking explain what they are doing, like with the Super Mario Maker hack, but then you have like ten other things that may as well not be real as the guys just go "oh, look what the bot is doing sooo unexpected"
Medli is best.
There's going to be no one left to speedrun by 2020 at this rate, they'll have banned them all.
Okay, the fact that you can use the grappling hook to zip forward at the speed of light or greatly increase your movement speed is going to make this run a lot more interesting.

And then he swam to another island.
Gettin' splooshed.
Fred Phelps eat your heart out
I kinda expected a Valve game getting TASBot'ed, but real time video rendering with the SNES is fine too.
Did you not see them fuck up portal while in a SNES?
Or did you think the full "go mental" thing would be during the Valve game?
I guess it woulda been pretty cool

They didn't actually play portal. They hacked in a coded video of a run for the SNES to play back
The video was of a TAS run though
Just dropped an F bomb
Just dropped an F bomb
Oh dear god.
That's pretty much the highest you can go on the Richter scale of AGDQ fuckups.
May god have mercy on his soul.
After the run they arent going to ban him they are going to drag him out back and execute him.
next year there's going to be a speedrun to see who gets thrown out first
in other news, the toxic part of the dark souls speedrunning community streamed an hour long "i can do it better than bubbles" sprinkled with some cancer jokes

how can u even be that much of an asshole and not be ashamed of yourself
if they care so much about outdoing him they should go submit their own fucking runs for sgdq17/agdq18 god damn
in case anybody wants to report the stream for harassment (because it's literally what they're doing)
