I still don't get why this fandom likes trying to stand out. [editline]dsgfh[/editline] Meanwhile I have a fucking pony porn title.
I never get involved in stuff like this because this is pointless since you people have already made up your mind about this thing. But yeah, He paid for it, his truck for a set time, he can do whatever he wants with it. Not running to this guy's defense, I think he's wasted his money that could have gone to better use(Chairity,A New Hobby, Games, pretty much anything other than this because jesus it's a kids show.), I just think that this shouldn't cause such an alarmingly angry response. Seriously, it's honestly more scary than anything that you guys are getting mad over this. The sooner we stop obsessing over other fandoms and just accept that there are people into weird things or downright creepy things in this world, the better. Because, A) This thing won't last forever so why waste your time filled with hatred? B)(Being a bit idealistic here): we can look past each other's affiliations with brands and preferences on creative medium and just, you know, judge the people themselves.

On the video and the project; That's too much. The fandom isn't as special as it think it is, so there's absolutely no reason to do this.
WHY? WHY!? WWWWHHHHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!?
At first, I was completely speechless when I watched it, but when I look at it more closely, the more I realized how genius this guy is.
Greetings Everypony! Your fellow brony, Corey Nickels here! During my spare time, I volunteer as the tech guy for REO Mobile Media, a startup company that specializes in mobile advertising and promotions. This summer, the owner came to me, looking for a way to save his struggling family business in these tough economic times. With the World's Manliest Truck Initiative, my goal is to raise a minimum of 2000 dollars to do just that!
In other words, the company asked this guy if there was any way to save the business, so he suggested catering to bronies. And we all know bronies love to throw their money (like fuck plushes). This is a brilliant advertising move on their part because now all of you know of this company, and so will the people at Bronycon. And another thing, he said in the YouTube comments:
I had 24 hours to make this video, so it was good practice to see what we should change before we film it for potential corporate sponsors. We're going to Bronycon, so I decided this was the best option.

And as an advertiser, our job is to make a scene and get everybody to look, which I think is exactly what is happening. Even if a million people troll this, that's a million more who know about us.
Just proves that this is just a clever advertising move on their part. You all should stop taking things at face value.
Aren't you that same guy who made that pic of Rainbow Dash and posted it on creationism corner?
he made a good picture that involved a character from the show, not some shitty 5 second pony oc bullshit like you see everywhere every day.
2:04 >Knife Party with MLP
People who try to tell other people that the fandom is not full of cloppers while wearing a clop-title could prove hard. But Stoffy's logics were always something to behold.
Wow, he's so bad at Dirt 2.
Wow, he's so bad at Dirt 2.
He played for like 5 seconds are you serious
Are you sympathizing him?! seriously, even for a brony... you are bigger than that.
Well thank you for thinking highly of me. All I'm saying is don't take me seriously.
I never get involved in stuff like this because this is pointless since you people have already made up your mind about this thing.
Welcome to the club.
Someone pour concrete down the exhaust and let it set.
Why the unnecessary hatred over a group of people who are just doing something they enjoy?
I would tend to agree if it was just them watching MLP, but exhausting money to do something so asinine like this is retarded by any standards.
In my opinion. The whole video is basically just "Lol you pony lovers time to gib me all your moni" Seriously. It has advertising all over it.
Are you sympathizing him?! seriously, even for a brony... you are bigger than that.
there's a reason why a fraction of the FP community has a unsavory opinion of you: you're an absolute jerk who acts like a manchild look at yourself dude, you seriously need to grow the fuck up
Oh no someone posted a pony video time to bandwagon and call the dude a faggot because he is doing what he wants.
For what the show is, a show for little girls, is pretty good. The adult fans however.... It make my soul die.
For what the show is, a show for little girls, is pretty good. The adult fans however.... It make my soul die.
Oh the agony and suffering they inflict unto you by liking that show!
>hey everypony stopped immediately
kill the autists, save the truck.
Yeah, how dare he put what he chooses on the truck that he owns, for shame! Please, get off your high horses you fucking dorks. idiots will rate me boxes but of course they won't offer a good rebuttal since they know that they have none.
What are you doing
And then Facepunch strokes its own collective ego over a rental truck. [editline]29th June 2012[/editline] What you all doing? He rented the damned truck to put a message on it, something that people have obviously done beforehand as evident by the existence of this service. His message will be off of the truck when the advertising time he spent on it expires, end of story.
What he's doing with the truck is stupid as hell though.
That must be one hell of a pain to drive..
Hopefully it leads to a fatal traffic collision where he's mangled inside of the giant pretentious screen with colourful fucking ponies jumping around. [editline]29th June 2012[/editline]
He's doing this for his own enjoyment. It's a fancy toy. It's not like he can cure cancer with the thing.
I wonder if your attempts to defend this loser are related to your avatar.
In the comments, he says if a million people troll the video, it's still a million more people that know about the truck. I wouldn't want to rent a truck that becomes popular due to Brony-shit, because then the general reaction would be "Oh shit, it's that fucking Brony-truck! Hahaha!" They really should advertise it with something else, something that isn't considered pathetic by most. And I don't mean the kids show, I mean the bronies.

He only suggested advertising to bronies and made the video to do so.
I dont see a problem with a bunch of businessmen trying(more like going to) make loads emone off of naive people with a mental disease. :v:
I want to make this truck into something that doesn't deal with autism. Perhaps a mobile advertisements for games? I'm sure that would make a lot of money, go to major events, peak everyones interest in it and make some coin off of it. Instead of this pony shit.
What a waste of such an awesome truck
thats a p cool truck actually, maybe use it for sports as a mobile megascreen or something?
