The game doesn't care about GPU because it's a console port. If you want a better fps get a better CPU (consoles have shit GPUs and good CPUs), i did so and it ran about 2x as fast.
If anyone still wants the song, it's from an album called "Girlfriend Pop" and the name of the song is "Seeing Stars". Haven't had any luck finding out who the artist is, though.
