So at this point maybe making a website they can look on their cell phones at the local starbucks on the way to their dream refugee handout would really help these specific people out.

What would you guys do if your country was in a full out war? Would you fight or run? I personally would fight. If i was running I would be grateful, to live in any other country that offered nothing but a shelter and some food. It's kind of hard for a country to deal with a sudden increase of people and to care for each refugee like their own citizens.. I don't know what the mentality of some of these refugees are but holy shit some of them are disrespectful.
