is it just me or does he sound like Ferris Bueller
Wow he's such a cunt, dont dogs like being petted and talked to or was it some terrible rabies infested dog that would tear her limb from limb if she even looked it in the eyes?
um... it's his helper dog for the disabled. not a rabid dog. distractions prevent it from doing it's job, and if I understand correctly, enough constant distractions will de-train it, to an extent. it needs to be kept on the job.

Okay then, but calling it "woman harasses dog" is a bit of a stretch "uninformed woman does something she shouldn't do because she didn't know better"
Okay then, but calling it "woman harasses dog" is a bit of a stretch "uninformed woman does something she shouldn't do because she didn't know better"
and then persists on being a colossal cunt about. she starts following the dude, mocking his disability, trying to get him to let her pat the dog. that's harassment.
and then persists on being a colossal cunt about. she starts following the dude, mocking his disability, trying to get him to let her pat the dog. that's harassment.
SHe didn't harass the dog though
That was well over the top. I've never heard that you can't touch service dogs, and even seen it happen on many occasions, their owners were OK with it and had a nice chat afterwards. And yeah, calling this harrassing is a complete bullshit.
I love how you guys are getting all philosophical about whether or not a wheelchair bound man who clearly and calmly tells a woman to not do something she shouldn't - and does anyways -can tell her to eat shit and die? like really, this is your biggest concern about the whole thing, and you all feel like you have to be the devil's advocate today yeah, she can eat shit and die. just listen to her.
Did you watch the video? She didn't touch the dog. I don't think "I don't like your attitude " warrants " Eat shit and die".
He's not defending her - he's trying to say, "What did you expect?" and not everything is a simple matter of logic. Sometimes you're just pissed and the world is against you, and saying that someone who is struggling to deal with people like this are stupid is extremely ignorant. He deals with that all the time. I don't blame him for snapping once.
Didn't he even say "thank you" to her before she even says "I don't like your attitude"?
I don't really know anything about service dogs, but would it really be that much of a problem to let the girl pet the dog or whatever?
petting service dogs is like the #1 thing you're not meant to do, you're either distracting them or you're gonna get them used to getting petted and distracted
i think her brain malfunctioned and it took a few seconds for her braincells to summon a respone LOL
Didn't he even say "thank you" to her before she even says "I don't like your attitude"?
Yup! He said "Sorry" followed up by a "thank you" after politely telling her to not pet his service dog. [editline]9th May 2014[/editline]
Okay then, but calling it "woman harasses dog" is a bit of a stretch "uninformed woman does something she shouldn't do because she didn't know better"
The most descriptive title would be "Woman disrespects man after not being allowed to touch his shit."
The most descriptive title would be "Woman disrespects man after not being allowed to touch his shit."
Maybe not the best word choice considering some of the other things I've seen on Facepunch.
The most descriptive title would be "Woman disrespects man after not being allowed to touch his shit."
Jeez, only on facepunch can " I dont like your attitude" be considered more disrespect full than "eat shit and die bitch". I am not saying she was right but holy shit he jumped it up a notch or two.
SHe didn't harass the dog though
the dog is doing a job. interfering with that job is harassing it. [editline]9th May 2014[/editline]
Jeez, only on facepunch can " I dont like your attitude" be considered more disrespect full than "eat shit and die bitch".
those grown-up words
That sounds silly. Do you always speak in a victorian accent or something?
that "fuck you" was so sharp and perfect that the "eat shit and die, bitch" wasn't even needed she definitely did deserve it though, you don't say "i don't like your attitude" when someone politely asks you not to touch their service dog the fact that she followed him (so it seems anyway) and made that fucked up comment makes her deserve it even more
Jeez, only on facepunch can " I dont like your attitude" be considered more disrespect full than "eat shit and die bitch". I am not saying she was right but holy shit he jumped it up a notch or two.
Maybe I'm the weird one but "Eat shit and die" isn't really that offensive as far as I'm concerned. Maybe internet arguments have dulled my sensitivity to that kind of thing, but I think what she said was far more rude. Obviously if he had just come out and said that he'd be the idiot, but when someone is rude to you I have no problem with just being a dick right back, when the point comes that someone is a dick to you, there's no reason to hold back and fake a smile to them.
imho, her "I don't like your attitude" response after being politely told off was just as insulting as "Fuck you bitch, eat shit and die".
To be honest he didn't really politely tell her off. It came of as very blunt. His following insults were way over the top as well.

You're acting like humans are robots who have the capacity to be patient after being harassed 5 times in a row within an hour by stupid bitches like this, that's like once every ten minutes. You could tell from her tone, appearance, and attitude that she had absolutely no respect for his polite, yet firm request to leave him alone and respect his dog who was WORKING (this is even more apparent by her "At least I have two legs" comment). Generally, when someone asks you NOT to do something with THEIR property, compliance is the right thing to do. Instead she decided to stand there, and retort when she had absolutely no reason to do so. I applaud him for his reaction. You really don't have good manners if you don't understand why he reacted the way he did. Had I been in her shoes, the second he told me not to touch his dog I would have immediately apologized, told him to have a nice day and been on my way. How old are you?
Here's my 2 cents. Saying "eat shit and die" was probably the last thing he should of done. Reason is, it just sparked the cunt to wanna follow and say more crap. She totally deserved to be told to eat shit but if he had not said, he might've been left alone.

She got the brunt of his frustration, but she was a stupid bitch and I felt she deserved it anyway.
I'd be pretty pissed too if I had gotten a stare like that after being polite and explaining why she shouldn't have given the dog attention, followed by a "I don't like your attitude"
i think the reason he came across blunt was because this happens frequently to him. some people are fucked up man
Did that lady seriously just say "I have two legs to walk on!" when she was following the guy and calling at his dog holy shit what the fuck
Okay then, but calling it "woman harasses dog" is a bit of a stretch "uninformed woman does something she shouldn't do because she didn't know better"
According to one of the uploader's comments the dog has always had 2 big patches with "SERVICE DOG, DO NOT PET" on each side. Having to deal with people who think the rules don't apply to them all the time must be incredibly frustrating, especially when they act entitled and demand that the man's existence come to a screeching halt just so they can pet the doggy.
Am I the only one who got the impression that the girl was special in some way? Just the way she stood there, it's like she just discovered fire or something.
Am I the only one who got the impression that the girl was special in some way? He states how he's seen her before and apparently the police know about her aswell and that she's a drug user.
The guy obviously had an attitude from the start as he sounded annoyed from the get-go. I get that it probably happens to him a lot but acting worse than the person you are trying to portray in a poor light makes you look like an idiot.
Mean words, eh?
