Cadbury master race, but then again my heart says Nestle KitKat's
this is like all those unfunny ocd images
Fuck you made me notice
I can't believe this , And people in western world keep complaining about their pay. the lower class makes 10 times what these guys make :( .
Just because some people somewhere else in the world have it so much worse doesn't mean that people in another part of the world shouldn't try to better their own financial situation and advance workers rights further whilst retaining those already obtained. Unfortunately we can't really do much about how little these people get paid since corporations like cheap labour and cheap raw materials and anyone who tries to fight them in a Global South nation just ends up disappearing or being killed off by corrupt law enforcement and governments under their command. Voting with your wallet whilst being a cute little pseudo-democratic undertone doesn't really do much unless the vast majority do it and the vast majority are unaware of or apathetic of the damage caused by their consumption obsessed lifestyles.
can someone tell me whats up with american chocolate? i tasted it the other day, tastes really goddamn cheap and spicy for some strange reason.
can someone tell me whats up with american chocolate? i tasted it the other day, tastes really goddamn cheap and spicy for some strange reason.
its because americans put cinnamon in fucking everything Personal experience, i've been there
Y'all gotta try Cadbury's chocolate or Galaxy chocolate, it's the best shit yo. [t]http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2012/11/24/article-2238016-147A49E1000005DC-220_634x358.jpg[/t] [t]http://2010.effectivedesign.org.uk/2009/img/packaging/4.1.3_01.jpg[/t] [editline]31st July 2014[/editline] Cadbury's adverts always make you smile.
My family bought a huge bar of Cadbury's on the last day of our trip to Scotland last year. Might just be the best chocolate I've ever tasted.
Finally someone that agrees with me. When I think of chocolate I think of sweet, creamy candy. Not bitter crap.
Light chocolate is usually of shitty quality for some reason (probably because it's mostly marketed to kids). What's the point of calling it chocolate if there's less than 50% cocoa in there? Personally I prefer ~75-80%. I understand if you like light chocolate (if you buy the high quality stuff it's pleasant), but it's poor taste in my opinion.
The Milka chocolate with that cream inside is the best. Sadly they don't sell them here in Norway :(
its because americans put cinnamon in fucking everything Personal experience, i've been there
As an American, no we don't. Anyways, I forgot the brand of my favorite chocolate. It came in really small packages and had smoother chocolate on the inside.
the video made me smile a lot toward the end because the people in it are so nice and funny and happy... but the bigger picture that the film gives is depressing as shit the tone of it is so after-school special. it's really dumb and "look at how happy these people are even with nothing! they feel so privileged just to taste chocolate! how great is that!" but i find it really sad. these guys put the white man on a pedestal like a god even though their entire life is being systematically exploited by the west
Freia > All
Now this guy knows what he's talking about!
Oh man, the joy these guys display is heartwarming. How they could ever go for so long without having tasted chocolate seems so crazy
toblerone. any objections?
It's strange because the narrator was talking about the price of a bar in the Netherlands while you can easily get one here for less than a euro too. [editline]29th July 2014[/editline] These are less than a euro and godtier
Milka oh God damn I miss you. I used to buy these at the German shop back home all the bloody time. These and Cadbury are fucking Godlike chocolates compared to the slosh they have here in America.
I have a bar of that shit right now. Excellent stuff.
I actually prefer it darker. My personal favorite is around 90%, and I actually enjoy baking chocolate at very close to 100% when I can.
I actually prefer it darker. My personal favorite is around 90%, and I actually enjoy baking chocolate at very close to 100% when I can.
I likewise prefer a darker chocolate, but my mother picked it up for me so can't really complain about free chocolate :v:
I feel like the subtitles did not match what they were really saying in certain parts of that. :/
I wish I had such a positive outlook at life.
Dark chocolate is pretty awesome, however a bit pricey at times, until I stumbled upon 50% dark chocolate at Lidl! It's freaking 35p a bar! They also have a huge selection of different types under the same brand.
Just had this kind yesterday during my trip to Pittsburgh Ikea. Very good stuff. [img_thumb]http://www.ikea.com/PIAimages/79359_PE203181_S5.JPG[/img_thumb]
I wish I had such a positive outlook at life.
Their lives are predictable, relatively simple, and straightforward. They have very little status anxiety (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t1MqJPHxy6g) and aren't subject to consumer culture like us in the north. Take a hint from them and learn to appreciate and enjoy the little things in life and try only to buy that which you need.
Finally someone that agrees with me. When I think of chocolate I think of sweet, creamy candy. Not bitter crap.
But you can never get the same quality when you compare a lighter chocolate with Dark. Dark is always used to make desserts, and sugar is added in. Its always reserved for baking. Plus, Dark is more intense and rich.
Finally someone that agrees with me. When I think of chocolate I think of sweet, creamy candy. Not bitter crap.
I honestly can't stand milk chocolate, it's just too sweet. Besides, dark chocolate can be other flavours too.
I can't stand the narrator's accent, he sounds like a Dutch chav.
