That and also it was mostly ceremonial and a status symbol, hence why they weren't exactly used primarily in war.

Cool, but I honestly got sick of Chivalry's gameplay early in. It just always felt too simple and never balanced.

Their blades were laminated steel, the folds in the steel have no bearing on the construction of the blade, it's merely a method of removing imperfections in the steel prior to forging the blade. Most other cultures did the exact same thing. Aside from geometry, the best Japanese and Viking swords are basically on par in terms of quality.

I hope they make a separate thing Rajputs and Khalsa Sikh warriors, since they kind of just joined the two together previously I just wanna play as my ancestors in a vidya game and kill knights and samoorai's ok

Looks great but those maps look pretty bad, hopefully they will look better on release.
