Wow, my dick grew by 2 inches, and now I have a girlfriend.
The Sultan of Estonia faxed me his 4 trillion dollar fortune the moment I completed my first posture fixing cycle.
Wow, my dick grew by 2 inches, and now I have a girlfriend.
winner, winner, chicken dinner. :v:
You guys all sound like you're joking. It's not gonna be like that bengay on balls thing again is it? [editline]21st June 2016[/editline] Just tried it. My shoulders cracked like crazy. It feels really nice actually
It's not gonna be like that bengay on balls thing again is it?
???
???
Shit I had no idea this was already 10 years old http://i.imgur.com/VABRWsAl.jpg
Its gonna look really weird when I'm doing this in a hallway and someone walks past :v:
I did it and nothing cracked. Does that mean I have the perfect posture anyway?
I did it and nothing cracked. Does that mean I have the perfect posture anyway?
It just means you're not immortal like us now
I didn't particularly notice anything, I've never done posture exercises, but I've always been conscious about my posture, so maybe it helped a little, I'll keep trying for a few days at least.
Try this next guys:
Holy fuck this is magic. Hurts like a bitch but it works!
Well, I honestly thought you all were bullshitting, but I did all three exercises three times and as soon as I stepped away from the wall I noticed a difference immediately.
I didn't notice anything. I'm pretty conscious about my posture while standing and sitting. Maybe it works for people who are worse off.
I have hyper-kyphosis so this will do nothing for me... I wish I had a normal back...
Yeah, I was interested until I heard the word chiropractor. Very skeptical of anything created by a chiropractor (aka charlatan). (Chiropractic is pseudoscience quackery rubbish, like acupuncture and homeopathy. It's not real medicine. It does nothing, or when it does it's because it just took shit from actual physical therapy.)
Im actually kinda glad I tried that out, I've been doing that neck lunge thing for about 4 months now and it's still been incredibly tiring constantly thinking about your posture. But goddamn that was like instant relief in my shoulders and neck

It is true that some chiropractors claim that they can cure your cancer just by cracking your back. But chiropractors can also be more like physical therapists and actually help fix back and neck problems.

It can help, but some people just lie about stuff in that field.
Just did this and it feels like I flew to LA. No but seriously, I feel a lot taller now, and I don't have to force myself to sit up straight. I think I'm gonna make a routine out of this now.

I feel tall now
Seriously, I tried this, now I have nerve issues. I don't know if you guys are joking or not, but I developed Ulnar Nerve Entrapment after trying this for a few weeks and I'm slowly losing control and strength in my fingers. This is how I have to sleep at night, or I wake up with no finger movement.
Chiropractic therapy is real. It deals with problems of the back, and nerves leaving it. Nothing else. It helps. It's real. It's not a "pseudoscience". Your spine can misalign and shift from bad activity, I have genetic back pain and chiropractic therapy relieves my really bad strains and pulls, not instantly, but over time. The changes done are to relieve pressure off of nerves or to realign vertebra that are locked, locking, or rubbing. Acupuncture, I don't know of its real scientific qualities, but it has salsa relieved serious back pain for me in the past. i can't tell if you people are serious or not :v
From doing one set of motions for a few weeks you've developed an issue that serious? I'm somewhat sceptical
I understand the skepticism and every time I think about it to myself I'm pretty sure its bullshit. But it was the only thing that changed in my life and the only reason I'd develop it in both arms at the same time.

Here, you are actively doing something differently than you are used to, but it doesn't mean it was the cause.
did a doctor diagnose it or anything? it just seems strange, it sounds like the results of nerve pinching, which an activity like keeping your back straight and doing basic motions for really wouldn't cause.
Yeah, went to a nerve specialist and Docs. I had a 70% loss of nerve something in the Ulnar nerve compared to the other one that runs in the arm. But, I learnt that there is a lot of money in nerve conduction tests. It was like a grand for 15 minutes of putting electricity in someone. Then to prescribe to come back in 6 months to have it done again. I'm not sure, and its probably helped a lot of people. I just wanted to share. Since when I told my mother, she said "Thats a shame."

I did it and finally got that 1 billion USD from that Nigerian Prince.
