I suppose that's possible, but if one is to assume such than one would also have to assume he forgot about why he was doing this (which, again, is possible). For the most part his lifestyle change hasn't affected his opinion of anyone. Beyond one or two facebook posts where he begrudgingly acknowledged gay people, he exclusively advocates for lesbians, female bisexuals, and a very limited number of MtF transgenders. He held exactly the same position before he started calling himself a "tomgirl".

i feel so bad looking at chrischan. it's come to a point where it's no longer funny, it's just depressing to look at.
you look at his childhood photos and he looks innocent and completely normal. now we have chrischan today going lower and lower in his life. the poor guy, i wish there was some way to help him - but he won't listen to really any sort of advice or help for that matter.
