Everyone has a breaking point, sooner or later someones going to be pushed far enough to use the adult gloves on Mauer and shes going to have a TRULY bad time.
She went through the whole case and seemingly learned nothing, its an omen that this kind of situation (Mauer being obtuse and causing real problems, headaches, and grief for some petty or personal reason) is going to inevitably happen again in her future, maybe not at the same scale, not even in the same industry but those who fail to learn from history are doomed to repeat it. If she can even still GET commission work of any kind going forward.
